Just gotta new Mac with OS X jaguar. Yeah baby. Wanna know what a good antivirus program there is for this. One thats preferably on the free side. Any help is much appreciated.

Symantec has a version of their Norton Antivirus for Macintosh OS X

ok, it's not free, but it works... afterall if you can purchase a mac you can buy this software ;)
