i have been operating an antique computer as a helix serverfor streaming. I have a few $ to spend on a server . I see quite a few 6-900mz dual pentiums on ebay.

1.Does anyone know what makes for a good streaming server??

2. What security issues will i have to contend with? Assuming i sell some streaming service to some friends.
