This is an amazing book for both virus studies and assembly language. The author, Mark Allen Ludwig, also has a newer book titled, The Little Black Book of Email Viruses which is also a good read.

Oh yeah, and the Giant Black Book of Computer Viruses is a must read as well

I just checked it and it is still working, if it doesn't work for you then try to use link at www.cissp.com it is on front page in the bottom. I looked for the the giant book of virueses and it is more than 300 dollars. oooh boy some one is making money.
