Yes! It's possible and it does work flawless! (From the minumum test I did)
I download Ad-aware! Install it on a share network drive... I check the registry key that Ad-aware install with regmon (http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/regmon.shtml) add but I found none interesting so I try running Ad-aware on another computer on my network! It work and Ad-aware clean 60 spywares.
