Okay, i'm on cable and i'm running a mere 390 KBPS out of the average 2 MBPS here in my state.
I have no clue why.
I was wondering if there was any way to program my computer so it, and my net, run faster. (I hate moving slow.)
By the way, i'm on WINXP Home
