Ok I have quick question. I have reinstalled a new domain on a 2003 server. Then moved all of the servers across. Now my problem is that I have Trend Micro installed and all of the clients show as disconnected. So I put in a logon script to update trend clients every time you login. The updates are working fine but the clients are still disconnected. Is there anyway of reconnecting the clients without reinstalling trend micro server.

Good Earner thanks for this. My apologies its not really security related it just that i got quite stuck with this one and its the last thing to do to complete domain transfer. Looked up google but didn’t find anything smart.

Dinowuff it’s Part of the suite and i think its version 5.86 or something like that i know i had to patch it before using it. I am using server protect for server obviously and then just the clients itself installed on the desktop machines.

Trend has a utility to move clients to a different server and "reconnect" them. It does work in a login script but takes a while enact. Her is the batch file line:

ipxfer.exe -m 1 -s newserver.domain.local -p 8059 -c 21230 -q 1
