It's been years, but back around 1985 we used it at a nuclear plant I worked at. If I remember correctly it was several(like 10 or more) 5 1/2 inch floppies. Not quite "a" floppy.
I believe SCO owns the license to Sytem V now, you would have to find some one with some very old archived versions of it, I'm sure.
I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.
