Okay, apparently I am a Left leaning Libertarian...(close to the Dali Lama) ...some of these questions could have a maybe as an answer, but unfortunately it's either yes/no.....

Thanks for your response to my PM Dalek. I think you're right, according to my answers on their chart I probably am:
I would say Left Libertarian for economics and almost center on the Authoritarian?
But as you pointed out, some of the questions didn't really lend themselves to a yes/no scenario. I would consider myself right wing socially and toward the center economically.
But then again, I hold to somewhat "nuanced" views.
1) I feel I am loyal to my country; but my loyalty to God trumps my patriotism.
2) I think corporations should be free to make money; but they do need some limits, especially where the environment is concerned.
I have some other "nuanced views," but I will hold them in check for this thread, unless someone else touches on them.

Economic Left/Right: 1.13
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 1.13
Honestly though, on many of the questions, the choices weren't nuanced enough. I would have at least like to have seen an 'indifferent' choice Hmm...maybe should retake it and leave em blank...wonder if the effect would be the same?
There is only one constant, one universal, it is the only real truth: causality. Action. Reaction. Cause and effect...There is no escape from it, we are forever slaves to it. Our only hope, our only peace is to understand it, to understand the 'why'. 'Why' is what separates us from them, you from me. 'Why' is the only real social power, without it you are powerless.

I find that site fascinating. Not just for the gauge but the perspective that proves some of my own theories. One being an argument the other day. Libertarianism and authoritism cannot co-exist. You cannot have the state control everything except 1 or 2 issues and say your libertarian. And both liberals and conservatives who suddenly call themselves libertarian for 1 or 2 views are full of ghandi poo. They are either drug users or militia. Both probably fall north to fascists.
I didn't record my score but it's -2 something and -2 something. Just to the right of Gandhi. Although some of the questions were horrible. Obviously gauged to force a direction.
//Edit and I agree with that, if I was religious I would be Buddha or live in the mystical Shangri La where moderation is key.
