zonealarm antivirus problem

I'm running the current version of zonealarm’s security suite on a windows xp home (service pack 2) machine. My problem is that I’m unable to update the zonealarm antivirus feature. I've gone to zonealarms homepage and found directions to completely remove the software and reinstall it. This did not help the problem and none of the other solutions that were posted on the forms helped. The error I’m receiving is: "Anti-virus error: could not resolve proxy server". Which is very strange since the anit-spyware is updating, and I would think they would both use the same process to update. Thank you for listening and any help you’re able to provide.

I found my solution to the problem. I had to go into the registry under internet settings and change the "ProxEnable" from a 1 to a 0. Now every thing is running fine..hopefully.
