I use Adavi Silentwach here at work. It works rather well actually...it logs keystrokes, URLs visited, time/date/username stamped. It allows you to view latest screen captures of any PC that has it installed, also allows you to lock their PC if you see objectionable content, that way you get to walk down and fire their ass with the evidence right there.

I'm sure there's probably some way to get around it, but if you're dealing with the type of people I deal with at work, there might be one person that could get around it outside the IT department, and that's only because he has admin on the local machine.

The only real problem I have with it is the word list. If a page has that word in it, it will flag the user's log for attention, and close down his browser session. Of course, when we set it up, we had "sex" listed as a flag word...and default homepages set up to MSN.com who frequently had info on the latest "Sex and the City" episode...which made all my logs go bonkers.

But, that's just my 2c.
