I agree in principle and having a young daughter of my own, i can see where you're coming from... BUT, i think with all the tools of the hacker at your disposal maybe they should be "outed" to the police (anonomously) I am sure their identities could be found and they can be traced.
If you start playing with the type of media they "use" then after a while you can (after a while) become immune to the images and that is sad too. I used to be a psychiatric nurse so I know a little of which I speak... I am a newbie in Security /hacking etc but i have been around a few years.
Just be careful man but hell yeah, I am with you.
