Dual boot means you can boot "either or," not "both at the same time." Therefore...
linux
linux nonfb
and failsafe
all boot linux
windows boots windows.
I'm not sure if grub will boot any floppy other than a linux boot floppy, but you can try and find out. If your interest is in running Windows and Linux at the same time, take a look at VMWare. It's expensive, but I use it to run Windows through Linux on occasion.
