The fact that he considered the Docking of the Cole an act of war pretty much shows where he stands. I had a good friend of mine DIE when the Cole was attacked. I have no pity for him, he chose his own road, and now must face the consequences of his choices. But lets say all the liberals are right. Lets put him in prison. If he is in anything less than Solitary confinement for the rest of his life, the second a guard turns around, someone is gonna stick a shiv in his ribs and watch him die.
