Well..
The Shawshank Redemption - this is my favourite movie of all time and I don't think no movie will ever rank higher in my book. If you have not seen it - I would highly recommend it!!
I concur on that one. A few of the others in my top 5 would have to be:
1. Shawshank Redemption
2. American Beatuy
3. Shrek
4. Fight Club
5. CB4 (cause its really funny)
Risk everything, or gain nothing.

The matrix, how typical for uncultured american youth. Just because there are some slow motion action sequences and pseudo philosophy you think that it contains a high amount of depth. The Matrix is a prime example of not needing a good script to please the american public. When the bus drove over the split in the freeway in slow motion during SPEED, I was much more excited then stupid unrealistic moves of dodging bullets. I used to dodge flying objects in Kung Fu for nintendo, how is the matrix any better than 8bit nintendo. I like Orson Wells' version of Kafka's The Trial as well as the Big Lebowski and Crumb.

Best movie in my opinion is not a movie its "was" a trilogy. I speak about star wars episode 4-6. I will never be to old to take the dust from my old VHS tapes and put them in my VCR .
True dat.
When the bus drove over the split in the freeway in slow motion during SPEED, I was much more excited then stupid unrealistic moves of dodging bullets.
So you prefer the "realistic" flying bus over the "unrealistic" dodging bullets. Gotcha.

Matrix, all the way
I know you\'re out there. I can feel you now. I know that you\'re afraid. You\'re afraid of us. You\'re afraid of change. I don\'t know the future. I didn\'t come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it\'s going to begin. I\'m going to hang up this phone, and then I\'m going to show these people what you don\'t want them to see. I\'m going to show them a world without you, a world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.
