I understand where you're coming from. It's always good that people can have a decent debate without it descending into flame wars.

But I think blocking a whole region because of a few bad eggs is a little extreme. English speaking or not.....EVERYONE should be entitled to a censorship fee internet....
I agree with you. Blocking everyone's access in a whole region because of the irresponsible actions of a minority is wrong. But I do believe that some things have to be censored. The main one being kiddie porn. That's where I draw the line.
