I didn't read every post, so I'm sorry if I'm posting information that's already been posted.
The virus created a folder hidden from Windows, but still accessible from DOS. Navigate in a DOS shell to that folder, copy its name, then delete it. I say copy its name, because you might not know the alt keys needed to make the special symbol it uses. To learn more about this DOS/Windows bug, check out:
