I'll agree with sargx, especially if you're on dial-up. It's difficult for someone to target you, specifically when you're dialing up to an ISP, as your IP number will likely be different every time you dial. On top of that, when you dial-up, you're not likely to be connected for long periods of time. I wouldn't worry too much. The biggest thing for you to be concerned about is sabotaging yourself by allowing virii, trojans, and other wildlife to enter your computer.
