Pros:
+ fast loading

Cons:
+ Not very appealing to the eyes. use some graphics to enhance the overall look. learn about the graphic tools like PhotoShop, PaintShop Pro, Gimp (Its free )
+ The red ball on the right seems to be somewhat out of place. in my opinion it would be better if that ball is small.
+ Frames are a nuisance. most people don't like frames in today's world. avoid them as far as possible.
