now ive evolved to an amd athlon xp 1700+ with 512ddr but only a 30g drive...thats ok, got acces to a couple hundred gigs over the network
I did not come here to tell you how it is going to end, I came here to tell you how it was going to begin. I\'m going to hang up this phone, then I\'m going to tell these people what you don\'t want them to hear.

My first computer I used was a lovly little commdore 64. I loved this to bits, even though it took ages to load(I was about 4 at the time) Then one day dad brought home an Amiga 500 with *gasps* 1mb of ram!!!! This was my main computer for a long time, until I got a 166mhz pc, then later on dad brought a 733 for his work use and finally the one I use today my 1800xp+

Mine was a assemble Pentium 166 MHz based computer with 16 MB of RAM and 2.1 GB HDD. I worked on DOS and Win 3.1 in those days

I started off with a good old ADAM'S . It took cassett tapes instead of disks. It was great.
    Then I got a tandy.

Hrm...well, I still kind of have my first computer. It is just heavily upgraded. It had like 4 MEG's of RAM, and an early form of DOS, Um... I''m not sure about the spec's I was onlt like 3 or 4... But I moved onto Win3.1, then upgraded it, and moved to 95, upgraded agian, and moved to 98 and 98se, now, I am running Linux off it.

I had a commodore 64 with tape drive, hundreds of games (which I wish I could play now ), two great joysticks (the all black ones with the one red button), and a Commodore monitor (even though I could hook it up to the TV).
    Opinions are like holes - everybody\'s got\'em.

    Smile
