In a a very short sentnce I would if this person is asking you for positve antipoints. i too was asked to supply them I ignored it and didn't do it. This has been a problem in the past and has been posted about previously. Who is doing this? It would be interesting to find out I think.I do believe they would neg you if they could sort of a blackmail.I have no idea if this is the same person who asked me.I hesitate to name names for fear of causing a bigger problem.
