I'm not sure but I don't think layer 3-4 proxies even exist. Why would there? I mean what's the need? I know about routers, switches, bridges, firewalls, application proxies but never heard of a layer 3-4 proxy. Maybe I'm wrong, if so can someone enlighten me?
