I would see if theres any unaccountable outbound/inbound connections on your machine. If there is, setup a packet sniffer to see what's going on..
Port probes dont mean you're getting hacked.
Check for a listening port on 27374, 1337, 31337 etc.
Doesn't seem like a major concern, unless your machines infected.
