basically i am creating a whole system, written in mIRC script for now, , will port to simple C program when i have more time, that will create a db of all bots serving on such big networks as Efnet, and email approprate admins, keep track of bounced e-mails, look up the dns information if its a host without a hostname. Basically with the goal of getting rid of these bots (currently more than 100,000 by my last bot run)
