here are some review on LCD/TFT flat panel monitors ..
http://www.reviewcentre.com/products93.html
LCD screens are broken into two categories (TFT) and (STN) ...
Folks There is 2 type of LCD in the market: TFT and STN
If you see a 5.6" LCD monitor under 80$ it is NOT a TFT SCREEN.
Don't trust anybody that sells a screen at low price telling something like:
High Resolution but they don't specify that is TFT technology.
Actually the most distinctive difference between STN and TFT is the viewing angle.
A common TFT LCD screen has a viewing angle of L/R 60 degree; Up 15 degre; Down 25 degree, while a STN less than 15 degree in all direction.
The difference coming next is the color, the color of a TFT is sharp, bright and real.
The Industry called TFT true color while STN false color.
