what jarrod says is true configure the ip adresses manually like
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.2
192.268.0.3
and here's a tip
subnet 255.255.255.255 ip adress: x.x.x.x - this subnet is only used on internet
subnet 255.0.0.0 ip adress:192.x.x.x
subnet 255.255.0.0 ip adress:192.168.x.x
subnet 255.255.255.0 ip adress:192.168.0.x
