I do understand why you are getting worked up and it is an easy thing to get worked up about.... It's kinda like some consultant coming in and telling all your users not to worry about something you have been trying to drill into them for a coons age...... It just won't sit well with any of us.....

But the other side of the coin is that if you build yourself a nice fast 100BaseT network and along comes a vendor and changes all your switches back to good old 10BaseT hubs you'd probably be a little miffed by the vendor wouldn't you......
