Enter you Sys Bios and check to make sure that you have set your HD and then check you boot config in the bios and make sure it is booting to your 3 1/2, HD and IDE (CDROM).

After this I would double check the jumper settings (make sure one is set to master and one is set to either slave or Cable Select (CS).
