Odd, i was just able to add a new sig image and include it in my sig, no errors.

MsM, I see images for you saved in the DB.

You should be able to click on the image in the sig edit page and it will pop an img tag into the text area for that image. If you've just uploaded new images via the popup "alter images" window, you'll have to reload the sig edit page before they will show up there.
