1. Quit all running programs.
2. Click Start menu-> Run, type "regedit" (without the quotation marks) in the Open box and press Enter.

3. Back up and Delete the following registry keys if they exist:

4. Quit the Registry Editor.
5. Delete or rename the following folders: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office9 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office10 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE11

6. To remove MAPI, delete or rename the following files/folders: C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi mapi*.dll mapi*.exe pstprx32.dll mspst32.dll
7. Delete contents of %temp%
