The only reason it is against the AUP is because of the dumb clause that says "If we find any other reason that you might piss us off we will indeed kick you off for it. We will however not notify you of it. But, hold the right to punish you for it even if you did it before we made the policy"

And as far as your scenario... A child wouldn't be punished. How many times have you read the news of a kid hurting someone and getting away with it because "They didn't know what they were doing"

There is also a very big difference between potentionally hurting people and a network. I can potentionally hurt a person by making fun of them. I can potentionally hurt a network by talking about it.

I don't know why I am really talking about this anyway. There is no way in hell the school is going to figure out who the actual guy is unless one. He is the only person that comes here or two he is stupid enough to use his own computer.
