do you have this issue if you pull one from network ?..not yet done. but, what the purpose to pull one from network?

That suggests a temporary connectivity problem that was most likely at your ISP/Telco. This would explain why it suddenly started to work
I think its not..when I look into firewall logs..it says "Connection reset by client". So what i'm thinking is maybe this error related to JLU that being hanging. Why this thing hanging?
