correct me if i'm wrong but doesnt that entry belong to SpyBot-search and destroy. I dont think you need to remove that entry.

Also I dont think Ccleaner does any help removing Malware/greyware/spyware (whatever you prefer to call it) all it does is help remove temp. files off the system.
