They don't have any helpdesk / phone number you can phone.....it's free email account remember, if they had a helpdesk it would end up costing them money.

If you had the paid for version of the email you get priotity on the email support, IIRC but still no help desk to phone........it's a world wide service, imagine the ammount of phone calles they would get!

Move on, get a new account, dont log in to it from work, ever if you do put an 's' after the 'http' so your details are encrypted properly but if you can just log in to it from home and never from work..........it sucks but what can ya do!
