Hi,
The reason that I mentioned the update is that I seem to experience that the application won't auto-update the pattern files unless you have the latest version. Mind you, that might just be me 
Yes, oofki, I think that it works quite differently from most and will scan on demand. However, it will also interface with Windows Explorer for when you open and close files in Windows?
