I can't really be much help as to how much and what software and so on, but I did use an Indigo and an Indigo 2. I believe the Indigo had the R4000 processor. No idea on the Indigo 2. I know this isn't much help other than being able to say I have worked with one and I loved it. I didn't get to do any messing around with it because the army would have thrown a hissy fit and probably taken my pay if I broke it. Lol.
