Pretty silly huh? For one thing, you'd have to be on the National Do Call Registry in the first place, and for another, they aren't obligated to scrub each and every call against that list. They usually scrub once a quarter. So there are at least two months that you could possibly be called and then if your name is on the list at the time it is scrubbed against the national list...your name will be taken off the calling list for that calling center...doesn't stop them from using a different calling center who haven't scrubbed their lists and it doesn't stop them from buying a separated calling list....the National Do Not Call Registry works but is not completely fool-proof...thats why I gave the suggestion...
