Sony have some software that will work with Vista if you have a 32bit version.

There is also USB software:

64bit is not supported.
EDIT:
It seems that the USB streaming software will only work with Windows 2000 and XP so your options appear to be:
1. Virtual machine or dual boot with a supported OS.
2. Get an i.link (firewire) card as SirDice suggested.
3. Use a different computer for the download.
