I'm not sure I'd make this sticky or not, it doesn't go over a vast number of archive tools or compression tools. However, if some others maybe added in their own experiences or tools they use and how they use them, and made this into a more informative thread, I'd gladly edit my initial post and add in other stuff put here and then I could make it a sticky somewhere, but first there would have to be a LOT more added in just to sort of make sure there was good enough info to stick it on the board.
