I just wanna say something to I am a Cracker. I live in Texas man. Where we get the death penalty for littering.You were going off about how you get caught with weed and get off with out charges. It is possible man. Obviously you havent experienced life in the system. Consider your self lucky.

You think I have not experienced life in the system! Hmmm need less to say I have it's nothing I am proud of and I don't want to admit it but since you guy's are ragging on me it needs to be said. I grew up in the poverty section of Oneco, in Bradenton Florida.. I was 11 years old stealing, I was in a street gang (not going to say which one for legal reasons) My first offensive 15years old in high school got into a gang fight at my school 1 on 1
kicked the a-hole azz his parents pressed charges on me.
*Charges were Aggravated Battery (§784.045) I got level 7 which is 9months in a juvenile jail
*Second Charged 18years old I got in to it with another rival gang member charged with ASSAULT section §784.011 GOT 5 months in jail
* Third charge 19 years old Got caught with some (stuff) me and my friend we went to our local hangout at 2:30in the morning smoking (420) and other stuff we were there only for 25 minutes them a cop car pulled up and we were in TROUBLE. Got caught had to wait 4 months before I could even get a court apperence then my sentence was 11-29 which is 11 months and 29 days in the felony population section, they have 3 population buildings, one for murders and other serious crimes, one for misdeamors, and another one for minor bullshit
* Turned 21 just got out of jail 3 months prior to this accident. I went to the corner store in my car which has a loud ass system 2 ROCKFORD 12 power woofers and the 800.4 channel amp bridged as I pulled up this guy in his early 30's started calling me a nigger and these other names because off my music was loud I got out of my car and said [QUOTE]MOTHER*^^%%^ I 'll knock your azz out and thats what I did. Then his son got out of the truck and ran in the corner store and told the people to call the cops. I have a lot more to tell but I just wanted you to see that I have been experienced in the system!
