It's not a loophole. Unfortunately the marketing folks at EE have gotten carried away with the Subscription Fee-based membership (called "Premium Services") while ignoring the fact that there is also a Free Membership plan, and that you can earn a free Premium Services membership by signing up as an Expert.Quote:

The whole idea for charging is that it's supposed to be an EXCHANGE of information... so if one party doesn't have any information to exchange, they can exchange money instead. I am always baffled by folks who think that's unfair.
As for the value of the site? It all depends on which zones (topic areas) you are looking for answers in. So the best thing to do would be to just try it out and see for yourself. You also might be interested in their new Corporate Memberships which give a discount for 5+ people.
