RA and Cracker -
Being a gov't worker I can't afford to have a criminal record, but I sympathise with you and your plights...
Our system is not really fair, but its the best we have at the moment...but that is no comfort to those who get trampled when it runs amoke!

Hello Jcmcb nice post. You said your a Government worker I was just wondering what service do you work for? There are a lot of them I was just curious of which one I thought all that was kept confidential top secret? And how many other Government people are members here at antionline?
I have just read this post and a few things popped into my mind
1) RA, if it isn't too personal, what exactly are you meant to have done
2) I AM A CRACKER. You are one bad mutha'. You don't exactly seem like the intellectual type that it really does take to make a good computer security analysist.
3) The prison system is not ****ed up, it's just misunderstood. I don't get it but politicians assure us it's right and politicians never lie.

Well I am glad to here your comments on this thread but I don't seem to understand one thing, when you said the prison system is not ****ed up, it's just misunderstood. Now anyone who has been to prison knows it's very phucked up those cops will beat you for making the wrong move the food is phucking nasty and you have to watch your back 24/7 you try even to smoke a cigarette in population and you get caught, that's an extra 6 months in their added to your orignal sentance. I have living proof when I was in jail I had to be moved to a different part of the jail another population Now I got out of my cell and the cop told me to put my hands on the wall I did that no promblem. My hands were on the wall he told me to give him my right hand so he could put the hand-cuffs on I accidently gave him my left hand instead he grabbed the back of my shirt and threw my face into the cement wall After he threw my face in the wall I tryed to turn around to fight him but next thing I knew I had 3-6 cops throwing me around, My left side of my face was swollen and their was nothing I could do about it. SO PLEASE DON'T TELL ME IT'S MISSUNDERSTOOD!

A good point was raised by haramm77. Justice isn't blind at all: If you can afford a good lawyer, you're gonna have a much better chance of going free. Do you tihnk OJ would have walked if he'd had a court appointed attourney?
not to offend you I am a cracker...but you don't seem any bit remorsefull for the time you've done, you don't seem to care
about what the punishment is for or its implications.
However, it is quite visible that RA already regrets it...or at least realizes that it isn't worth it. (referring to his original post)
I'm sure it's this realisation that will inadvertanly(I know its spelled wrong) get him out of it.

hmm well i asked some lega advice to one of ma lawyers..
and well she said that not being read your rights isnt good enough as an excuse to get away..
possession of illegal drugs with intent is a very strong charge... you can argue about the fact that they didnt read your rights but it wont help u..
but then, all laws from different state varries, so i hope that you could have a valid excuse..
btw, did the cops confiscate the weed? coz if they did, they will use it as evidence against you, and it till take more than "they didnt read me my rights" to get you out of this mess.. but never the less.. i hope to God that you will get away from it.

Well I'm guessin it you never been in a gang, because if you were you would understand it. I am not a criminal I got caught with drugs like you, but more serious charge.. And a couple battery charges for (fighting) Who the hell never been into a fight before? I stand up for myself and I don't take no **** from anybody! My criminal record is not as half the bad as some people I know. stop crying about it. lol
