we know RA & VK that they r very good ppl. Not only from the tutorials or posts ..
but from their behavior on the AO, they communicate well, post well, speak well , I see didn¡¯t any of them flame any other members.

well see.. i know Remote_Access_ more in IRC than here in the AO website, and im sure that applies to some of the people here like angelic_ky, RogueSpy, Ennis, Negative, Alexzel, redant55, Redgore, Sabe, the_Jinx, BlackX, sparky3223, xy, chsh, Juridian, BlAcK2OuT, uraloony, evil_enchilada, ladybug, AntiHero, jparker[], hogfly, KublaiKhan, Brad, JP, RiOtEr, Matty_Cross and many more.. lots of us have met RA in IRC and he is a funny and good guy.. they all too can vouch for that.Quote:

You may be fighting on 2 fronts. The drug charge is criminal & the forfeiture is civil. They may continue the drug charge ( criminal). On the civle front, you may be offered a chance to get your vehicle back be contributing $$ to a "drug fund", or whatever. If you pay the $$, you will get your car back. The cops will then send that information to the lienholder on your car, who will then initiate forfeiture proceedings. The criminal charges may then reappear.
MORAL: Do not donate the drug fund. Burn their butts on the legality of the stop, etc. and get the criminal charge dismissed.
