For NT/2k - Try ISS Internet Scanner. It not only utilizes port-scanning, but it also has a list of over 1000 Vulnerabilities it checks for, lists them out in a report for you. It checks Firewalls, Exchange Servers, IIS Servers, UNIX, LINUX, everything but "B"
