They attacked the train coz they THOUGHT that the hindus in the train are going to protest at the disputed site.
.. they want to build a temple instead of the mosque, what do u think about it !?

It seems u need to read few things.....particularly indi mytho. anmd indo pak stuff.
I'm not here to discuss the Pak vs. indea ... what i'm talking about is Islam vs ALL RELIGONS.
    isn't it that way ....

and what about the good old ploy....Intl. conspiracy to upset a nation.Wht amkes you think (bimmer) that it isnt Pak doing the goodies........its the best time u see with the tension on the border...??
u might be true ... it might be all by Paks. side , maybe we can call it exploitation for the situation, but why would they do such a thing ?

the mosque issue is just partial, the muslims claim the hindus were stealing from their shops at the train station and refusing to pay. Is that a reason for 2000 people to light a train on fire? and who ever was bitching to me about giving them 'negative antipoints', let it be known that i never get any point for any reason.

    Talking THIEVES

The hindus and sikhs in america have a reputation for being greedy, deceptive, and dishonest. I wouldn't doubt for one second that they are the same over there.

many muslims in america have that reputation too. they also have the reputation of being suicide bombing extremists, so lets just nuke all muslim nations so that we don't have this problem anymore

Jcmcb has something here. I'm afraid a lot of evil has been done in the name of religion. And it's surely not what God has intended. I'm also afraid that God gets the blame for what people do. People, please don't confuse God with the actions of people. I don't think God told the Crusaders to go to the Holy Land and kill Muslims. I don't think God told the Church to hold the Inquisition and to torture its enemies. And I'm very sure God didn't tell the terrorists to hijack jetliners and crash them into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. As a matter of fact, the Bible tells us that God's Son, Jesus Christ suffered at the hands of religion. Who was responsible for having Jesus tortured and nailed to the cross? Prostitutes and adulterers? No, the religious authorities were responsible. Pick up a copy of the Bible and read the story yourself (Matthew 26:1-27:54). Please don't blame God for what some misguided people do.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I like that preacher brought up love...because God is love.
At the same time, Islam was a descendant of Ishmael..Abraham's first child with Hagar. I encourage everyone to read Gen 16:9 for the prophesy on Ishmael and his descendants...you'll notice it's still quite tru today. I don't have anything for or against Islam, but it just seems way too angry for me. I have read the Coran, and it seems they teach people to believe in Allah out of fear, that's where I disagree with the religion....because the Bible says "perfect love casteth out all fear".

Look, I'm an Indian and a Hindu and I do think that what happened was terrible. But is that a reason to blame all Muslims. It's what people have been doing to hackers for years. Just because there were a few crackers who went around claiming to be hackers, it doesn't mean that all hackers are bad does it? The *******s who did it should be strung up upside down by their balls, but that doesn't mean that all Muslims are bad. Some of my best friends happen to be Muslims, and they are by no means the kind of people to set a train on fire. Do you think there aren't Hindu or Christian or Jewish militants? I really don't believe that a person is bad or even more likely to be bad just because of his/her religion. I also think that everyone who has made an anti-Islam or anti-Hindu or anti-religion comment should seriously think about what they are implying. I've posted to this thread only because I feel very strongly about this issue (as you can see), otherwise I would have ignored a thread of this sort. I personally don't believe in God for this very reason, there's too much violence carried out in God's name. I'm starting a new thread to explain to everyone who doesn't know the background of this violence. Look for it.
    Till then,
