Thank you all for your help. I downloaded a few fake viruses from this site and will use those.
The original plan was to simply merge a simple game with something like notepad to show her how easy it is for someone to run something on a system that she did not intend to run.
I think a fake virus will make the point even better.
I do run a virus scanner, Noton's Antivirus, and keep it updated.
