I would like to see some monitoring of some posts, while useless posts are fun, the flaming posts seem to be on an increase. I know I'm a newbie here but I am a forums veteran and this seems to be a common theme that forums go through. It gets nipped, goes away for awhile and life is good.

I come here to learn and grow, don't give a rat's behind about the soap operas. I get enough of that with my customers.
