I always build my own but when I'm ordering in a bunch, no way...I can't get overnight support on parts like I can from Compaq. As a one woman shop, it's made my life a lot easier, if a problem pops up, I can warranty it and move on vs. beating my head against the wall with that many systems.

Maybe I'm lazy? lol
