I am all for banning belgium. And take Australia with it. What the hell, if we can ban a country, why not a continent.
About the only way I could see to ban a specific computer is is you banned by the MAC address.

You can't ban by MAC address. The MAC address doesn't get passed along through TCP/IP. It's part of the ethernet header. Every router (or other layer 2 device) along the way removes the previous machine's MAC address and inserts it's own MAC address before passing it along. The only MAC address JP's computers should ever see is the MAC address of the router just outside his network. I wish it were possible though.

A bit about how IP bans work as we all know or at least should an ip addy of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
now most tables work close to the same so in order to ban a specific IP address I would spec ot thew last digits what ever it may be, get a new IP well may not work cause if I add only 0 Zero in the last place anything equal to or above 0 (zero) will not be allowed. Depending upon where I put Zero (0) in the IP range I can go from a specific addy, to addy range, for a specific ISP, to an entire country. Don't think I dial up you cannot be banned cause you can depends on the table, really should learn more about IP tables and how they work. After all to much spam from Asia on my work servers so quess what they are banned their entire IP range and no asking for a new IP is ever going to work..LOL
