This guy contradicts Christianity. The Ten Commandments clearly says, Deut. chapter 5 verse 17 Thou shall not kill.

So he does not represent Christianity nor is a Christian. He is just another religious fanatic.

Just to clarify, the Ten Commandments aren't a part of Christian doctrine. They're part of the Law, which Jews must follow. According to Christianity, it's followers no longer need to follow the Law, as jesus died on the cross so the Law is no longer valid.

Tis however, considered a sin to kill, and is in the New Testament that murderers shall in the same manner be put to death
