NoteTab Pro - I couldn't live without this text editor. It's extremely fast and has tons of features which you can add easily by yourself, too. Even the freeware version really 0wnz.When version 5.0 ships it has everything I need from a text editor: currently only syntax higlight for other languages than html is missing (as far as I can see, yet I bet they'll still add some other fancy stuff too).
